GARY J HEINECKE

Gary was originally going to pursue a military career and received a Congressional Nomination to attend West Point. Gary has an in depth background in Real Estate, Appraisal and Banking since 1980 and currently maintains a Real Estate Brokers license in New York. He has been an underwriter, bought paper and handled appraisals for major Wallstreet Corporations and Government Financing Agencies. In additon he owned and operated a servicing company that serviced REO operations for lenders. Gary also owned and operated a sucessful Real Estate Firm and trained many of the top firms Real Estate Brokers and agents. He also taught Real Estate at New York Universities. I thoroughly enjoy helping new families and have built a solid reputation as a lender and broker finding resolutions to their home buying challenges. In my opinion credit scores should only be a guideline not the major deciding factor. We have implemented a "credit coaching program" which helps our clients understand what impacts scores and how to help them. With this unique strategy we have helped many clients become homeowners.
