Mary has been in banking in various positions of management since the early 1980's.When I started in banking "Fico's and scoring didn't even exist. We made daily decisions that resulted from "Good Lending Practices". Not only did we look at someone's previous and current credit track record, we delved into the character of the individual and the circumstances surrounding  any challenges. I only made loans that made "good lending sense" and benefited our clients. One of my many duties insures that your loan meets all standards of Federal and State Compliance statutes. I am proud to say that we passed with flying colors. In fact we received 100% on our State audits for the past years. It gives me great joy when working with new homeowners and the public. Most of our business has been built on good will and referrals.
